How we check reviews: Customers who have ordered from us are invited to leave a review – REVIEWS.io sends them an email after the purchase. On product pages we only show reviews that we can assign to an order or a product in our shop; reviews that belong to an order are marked “Verified buyer” (check mark). New reviews are imported automatically once a day, without a prior content check and regardless of the star rating. We do not show reviews without text, and we hide reviews that break the law or our review guidelines as soon as we become aware of them. Most reviews refer to the whole order and therefore appear on every product of that order. Reviews in other languages are machine-translated; where “Show original” appears, you can read the original text. The overall rating at the top of every page is calculated by REVIEWS.io itself from the shop reviews on its platform; on the home page we show a rotating selection of them with four or five stars.
