Shipping Information
How much are the shipping costs?
We do not charge any shipping costs within Germany. Express shipping and shipping abroad incur higher costs, which can be found in the shipping calculator in the shopping cart.
When will I receive my order?
You can find the delivery date of your order in the tracking information of the shipping service provider, which we will send you by email.
What can I do if my package is missing?
It's best to check the tracking information from the shipping service provider again. Your package may also be with your neighbors.
If you still cannot find your order, write to us using the contact form. If necessary, we will initiate an investigation.
What can I do if my package is damaged?
If your package has visible damage upon delivery, only sign for receipt of the package with reservations. If this is not possible, do not accept the package.

DHL Packstation
As a customer with your own customer account, you can enter multiple addresses and select which address the package should be sent to. You can also send your package to DHL packing stations. The following information is required for this:
- First and Last Name
- your DHL postal number
As soon as your package has arrived, you will be notified directly by DHL via email and/or SMS. 48 hours later, you will be reminded of your shipment and two days before the storage period in the Packstation expires, you will receive another reminder.
